Line and Define is known for providing high-quality permanent makeup services using only the best pigments and products in the industry. We also offer brow maintenance services using only the best tints.

IS PERMANENT MAKEUP SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE?

Sadly no. Your health and  safety is very important to us so it's important that you check list below and if any relate to you then you are not eligible for a cosmetic tattoo.

Pregnant or breast-feeding women

Clients taking acne medication or within 12 months of use

Clients who have undergone chemotherapy within the past 12 months

Clients prone to keloid scarring

Diabetics, heart conditions or epilepsy

Dermatitis, eczema, acne or sunburn in the area to be tattooed

Clients on opioids or steroid medications

Clients with infectious diseases

Some autoimmune conditions

Overly red or delicate skin

Extremely sensitive skin

Can not be under 18 years of age

HOW MANY APPOINTMENTS DO I NEED FOR A COSMETIC TATTOO?

Two treatments are usually needed - your initial appointment followed by a 4-6week complimentary appointment to review your results and make any adjustments if required.

CAN I RECEIVE ANY TREATMENTS IF I'M PREGNANT?

Unfortunately a cosmetic tattoo, brow tint, henna and lamination is not suitable as the risk is too high. Waxing however is not off limits.

WHAT IS LINE AND DEFINE'S CANCELLATION POLICY?

As appointments are in high demand, canceling your appointment in advance allows us to offer the time slot to another individual seeking timely care. This policy helps us optimise our appointment availability for all clients.

During the appointment booking process, you will be required to pay a deposit (the amount depends on the service and will show at the time of booking) which will be applied as a credit towards your scheduled treatments.

We understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To avoid any inconvenience, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. In such case, your deposit will either be refunded or applied towards a future appointment. However, if you provide less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit will not be refunded

Please note that if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show and the cancellation fee will be applied.
